The adjustment method is to increase the grinding pressure, reduce the feeding rate, and lower the speed of the powder selector.

7. Excessive slag discharge is detected and judged to be due to excessive feeding volume, large particle size of grinding material, low grinding pressure, insufficient ventilation of the system, damage, wear or blockage of the nozzle ring, and wear of the material blocking ring. The adjustment method is to reduce feeding, lower the particle size of the grinding material, adjust the grinding pressure, increase ventilation, stop grinding for repair or replacement, clear blockages, stop grinding for repair or replacement.
8. The dust collection effect of the bag filter is poor. The detection judgment is that the dust content in the exhaust gas from the chimney is high. The adjustment method is to check whether the filter bag of the bag filter is damaged or stuck in the bag; Check the system for air leakage and verify if the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet gases of the bag filter is too high.
9. The outlet temperature of the bag dust collector is too high, and the detection judgment is that the bag dust collector ash hopper has accumulated and self ignited, with a large amount of hot air and a small opening of the grinding head cold air valve. Adjust the handling method to promptly notify the on-site handling, extinguish the fire with CO2 and close the inlet valve of the high-temperature induced draft fan, and then increase the opening of the cold air valve.
10. The oil temperature in the thrust pad oil pool of the reducer exceeds the normal value, and it is determined through testing that the oil supply is insufficient. The cooling effect of the oil cooler is poor, and water has entered the oil cooler, which is affected by a hot air leak from the sealing part of the machine base. The adjustment method is to check the flow rate of the oil pump, whether the valve is throttling, whether the oil distribution pipe is blocked, check the cooling water valve and cooling water volume, check whether the copper pipe inside the oil cooler is blocked and scaled, and deal with air leakage.
11. The temperature of the bag dust collector ash hopper is too high, which is manifested as ash accumulation and ash hopper catching fire. Notify the site for handling or stop the machine to extinguish the fire.
