1. 2. The material of the pulse bag filter bag does not match the characteristics of the dust, resulting in partial blockage of the air holes. For dust with high concentration, small particle size, high humidity and viscosity, membrane filter bags should be selected.
3. If the dust concentration processed by the system is too high and the filtering speed of the filter bag is too high, it will cause the pressure difference of the filter bag to be too high. 4. Improper setting of parameters related to the pulse blowing system. If the time interval for pulse blowing of the filter bag is too short and the pulse blowing width is too short, the compressed air pressure is too low, resulting in a decrease in the tension of the filter bag and excessive accumulation of dust on the filter bag.
